Gua Sha Stone Routine

I love to Gua Sha my face because it makes me feel like a empress. Plus it makes me feel like I am giving maximum effort into my body, and that is such a rewarding feeling.

Here is the 5 min video I used when I first started. You will catch on fast!

Also pro tip: I use a stainless steel Gua Sha because they are easy to clean and wont snap in half WHEN you drop it. I also will do the routine in the shower if I don't want to do it with lotion. Up to you tho.
