Beef Tallow...The Holy Grail???
...or maybe it is just my saving grace...
FACESKIN
Heyo friend,
I wanted to take a quick moment to yap about this product; BEEF TALLOW
It is seriously the best thing I have EVER added into my skin care routine; particularly my face and neck routine.
Beef tallow was trending for a while, and I tried some of my friends AND EVER SINCE THAT DAY I have been using the stuff.
I have some light scarring from my teenage years and it is all basically gone. My skin is seriously left so soft and smooth and EVEN TONED...which is huge for me because my whole life my skin has been splotchy. Trust me when I say I have tried SO MANY skin care things; 10 step Korean Skin Routines, Retinoid stuffs (which did work--I just didn't know you were supposed to super moisturize), crying in front of a dermatologist, and much much more.
Turns out a great deal of my worries was my skin barrier. And the Tallow has helped me heal up that barrier.
Typically I will mix some of my beef tallow with CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion just because it works super extra well together. I super suggest you try some out.
Below I have 3 that I have tried, with a star by my favorite. One I made myself--it was super easy. I just get everything off Amazon, as you probably know about me-but you can also find this stuff at farmer's markets, on Etsy, and lots of other organic places.
And I also linked the CeraVe just because there is no point in hunting it yourself when I could just hand it to you.
Anyway, I seriously love beef tallow and my skin game has completely transformed. Maybe I am part cow...

OH! P.S.,
When I pick a Beef Tallow I try to remember to look for 100% grass feed beef just because I feel like the more natural the better.
Second, I also prefer mine with added organic honey because honey is said to have healing properties...which makes it sound like a magical thing...what I mean to say is honey helps heal your skins barrier as well. OR I like it with a specific oil, and Jojoba Oil is one of THE BEST oils you can use on your skin. I wrote a whole article on my favorite oils read it here.
Okay, I'll stop talking your ear off. Until we catch up again(;

Love,
Butter
